 God talking:

See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

 the idea is that God kills, although other people or things may get the blame and punishment, it's actually God that kills. If a person fails to murder someone, then God will kill the person anyway. But there is no murder, so no one gets punished.

 This leads to an interesting observation about anti vax and anti mask people that are publicly outspoken. God sometimes(often?) kills them with covid. This actually works too help accomplish God's plan. The idea is that God is separating the goats from the sheep. Everyone dies anyway, so killing some sheep with covid, especially the naysayers, convinces the goats to comply. If they keep complying with enough bad stuff they get thrown into the lake of fire. It's a process, are vaccinations and masks bad? Not necessarily, but they help establish a pattern of compliance, which could lead to eternal damnation.
